How to Make a Return
Your satisfaction with our product is the most important to us! If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return of your purchase within 14 days of the receipt date. Simply follow the steps below to get started:

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@herpcult.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return instruction will be provided if your return request is accepted.

Pack your return securely. If possible, pack in the original packaging. To receive a full refund, the item must be received in saleable condition.

Our return department will inspect the returned merchandise and notify you if the refund is approved or not. A full refund will be processed if the item is received in saleable condition. Please allow a few business days for the credit to be posted on your bank account.​​
